The Cottage offers a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Nestled on a beautiful property, it’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying a peaceful getaway.

    Complimentary box water, coffee pods and additives, cookies, popcorn, and assorted chips.

    Kitchen fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances.

    • Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Silverware, Glasses, Coffee Cups, Dishes, Mixing Bowls, Paper Plates, Napkins, Plastic Cups, and Tea Cups.

    Living Area includes 55” smart TV, internet, queen size bed, luxury bamboo sheets, extra blankets/pillows, heat/air conditioning with remote, and two fans.

    Bathroom stocked with fresh luxury bamboo towels, toiletries, his & hers bathrobes, magnifying make-up mirror, and  hairdryer.

    Forgot?! No Problem. Single pack toothbrush, soap, cotton balls, QTips, lotion, and spa eye pads.

    Cleaning Supplies include broom/dust pan, garbage bags, and general cleaning supplies.

    Back Patio includes an umbrella with table/chairs, fenced in separate space, beautiful landscaping.

    Front Patio is covered with additional seating and fenced in separate space.

  • Check-In: After 3:00 PM

    Check-Out: By 11:00 AM

    Before leaving:

    • Wash and put away any used dishes.

    • Place all used towels and linens in the bathroom.

    • Ensure all lights, fans, and appliances are turned off.

    • Lock all doors and windows.

    • Cancel up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund.

    • No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in.

  • No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the cottage. A $200 cleaning fee will apply for violations.

    Pets: We love our pets! Up to two pups are welcome.

    Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

    Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests.

    No Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

    Trash Disposal: Please place all trash in the outdoor bin located [insert location].
